It sucks having to record these things time and time again. Your best bet is to get an external hard drive to save all of your projects on to ensure you have all of your tapes in a digital format. You get the option to burn the end results to a DVD or else to your hard disk. I've tested this Video VHS converter on Windows 7 64 bits and works fine with some exceptions, sometimes: The Honestech program during the recording time sometimes freezes without being able to make any other until I restart the program again but even if it freezing the programs it keeps recording fine till the end, that's the only problem I had a few times. This product is intended to convert your old VHS into digital format. Incredibly easy to set up - Part of it works, but not all.
